BIOGRAPHY

With whatever daylight I can afford, I'm painting and drawing. But when the sun is down, I gravitate to music, whether it's simply listening, playing a favorite tune or crafting a song of my own. Music and art are both forms of expression that afford me a great deal of satisfaction. But, through my experience with both forms – which is my life, I've come to realize that my artistic ability is a more natural gift and my greater strength. I am a painter.

I'm a Ross County native and have lived my entire life in Central Ohio. I believe the area is as beautiful as nature has to offer. When I take in the landscape, I find no lack of subjects for my art. A great deal of the subject matter takes on a very personal affection largely because I've always lived here.

I studied art at the Columbus College of Art and Design and Visual Communication as well as Telecommunications and Journalism at Ohio University. I'm a multimedia designer and live in Chillicothe with my lovely wife Judy and her beautiful children, Carey and Katrina.
